Lauren began her journey in acting by attending "Gary Spatz: The Playground - An Actors Conservatory" in Los Angeles, California, where she honed her skills for two years. Upon moving to Colorado, Lauren discovered her love for theatre and became the president of Bear Necessity Theatre Company, participating in over 10 productions, including musicals. Her talent and dedication to her craft eventually led her to focus on films, commercials, modeling, and user-generated content (UGC).

Aside from her artistic pursuits, Lauren is also studying for a Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Philosophy at UCCS, with plans to graduate by the summer of 2024. In addition, Lauren has trained in wrestling, weightlifting, cross-fit, ice skating, and gymnastics, which have all helped her develop a diverse range of skills and abilities that she brings to her performances.
